• UPDATE Launched Direct-to-customer on Dart. This is a “general” Virtual DermShop for Skin Medicinals’ prescribers that do not have their own Virtual DermShop set up. This feature is currently only available to a select group of SM testers, but whenever these prescribers have patients on Dart, these patients will now see the general Virtual DermShop

• BUG FIX Fixed a bug where reverted sales would lead Pioneer to include the processing fee in refund calculations, which is incorrect. The refund amount now only includes the patient's Rx copay and excludes any processing or transaction fees

• UPDATE Improved behavior for saving addresses/marking them as default during checkout. During the first ever checkout, “Mark as Default” and “Save Address” are preselected checkboxes, ongoing newly entered address will only have “Save Address” prechecked. The patient can change these checkboxes themselves during checkout

• UPDATE Restricted the “Refund Only” feature to admins only. In general, copay adjustments should be handled by canceling the Rx order, re-processing with the correct copay, then placing the order again to avoid any compliance risk or audit issues. We know that sometimes that adjustment needs to happen after the prescription has already been sent out, so in that case, a partial refund is required - and needs to be requested via the @Dart Support tag, since it requires admin approval. Pharmacy staff can still refund via “entire order” or “specific Rx only.”

• BUG FIX On some occasions, patients were able to request refills for non-allowed medications. Safe guards were added to avoid such scenario.
